Listening to - Mitch Hedberg - Mitch All Together
First off, if you've never heard of the comedian Mitch Hedberg, do yourself a favor and search for him on youtube or something. He's hysterical.
So I made out like a bandit this Christmas. The parents got me a leather flight jacket that is verrrryyy nice. I also got a new flight bag, that happens to be leather as well. It's smaller than my old bag, which is good. The old Sportys one was just too big for me. I killed a lot of cows with all this leather this Christmas.
The jacket and flight bag will be put to tests on Friday now. Tomorrow looks like a washout but Friday is showing 45 and sunny now. Tomorrow they're talking snow/sleet/rain mix and just...no... not flying in that stuff. Still up in the air on if we'll be going to ORF or AUG. I just want to fly at this point!
I ventured out to go shopping for some new clothes before I go to Italy. I got two pairs of jeans for $30, some button downs for $16 and a "casual blazer" for only $20. That'll come in handy for Italy and the flight over. Always like to dress nice when I fly commercial just in case something opens up cause, "Hey, you never know."
It's scaring me that I'm not wearing jeans and hoodies all the time anymore. Good fitting jeans, button downs and blazers??? What am I doing...growing up!?
And I think I might be shifting over to economics next semester. It's a lateral move in that most all of my math classes were required for economics, and I need just a few extra eco classes to graduate. Math looks like it might just not be for me in that I hate proofs... and that's all I've done since I've transfered. My game theory (economics) class wound up being much better than I thought. I didn't fail! I got a C+ which, I honestly don't know how I pulled that off. I know if I had put more effort into it I could've done fine. Skipping it to go flying would've helped also.
Anyway, I'm off to go to a show in the city (NYC that is... it's a Long Island habit..). I didn't proof read this so don't think I'm a blundering idiot... I swear I'm not! (just sometimes...)

Go for Friday, looks like it's going to be the break in the nastiness, and it's my day off. You missed a hellofa day today...most boring AWOS ever; "Calm, 10, clr" all day. And don't worry...we all think you're a blundering idiot with or without proof reading :).
Yeah that looks like it's going to be a good shot Friday. Unfortunately ISP was cold and windy and... mainly cold haha. Those darn clouds had ice in em and an iced over cessna 150 is a dead cessna 150 lol.
And teller... have I ever told you what a nice guy you are??? lol
If we come in on Friday (which looks like the deal...hopefully) we better be getting a personal tour of all that is wonderful in Augusta. Lunch is on me.
